Privacy Policy

This policy covers mooreandmountain.com. It is written to be read rather than to be exhaustive, and describes what actually happens when you use this store.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send your download links and your receipt.
• What you bought, so you can download it again later.
• A record of downloads, including a one-way hash of your IP address. The address itself is never stored — the hash exists only to spot link sharing and abuse.

What we never see

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach this site. We do not see, store or process your card number, and we cannot charge you again without you going through checkout.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and sending email. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Marketing

We only email you about orders you have placed. Buying a pattern does not sign you up to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we trade, because they are what entitles you to re-download files you have paid for. Ask us to delete your data and we will, but be aware that this also ends your access to anything you bought.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a copy. Email hello@mooreandmountain.com and we will respond.
