Shipping Policy

Nothing is shipped. Every product is a digital download, so there are no delivery charges, no delivery times, no couriers and no customs.

Your files are delivered in two ways at once: a download link appears on screen as soon as your payment completes, and the same links are emailed to the address you gave at checkout.

If your email does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first, as receipts from a new sender often land there. If it is still missing, you can request your download links again at any time from the downloads page using the email address you ordered with.

How long links stay valid

Download links do not expire on any practical timescale, so you can come back to your files long after buying them. Keep the receipt email — it is your copy of the links.
