By buying from this store you agree to these terms. They exist mainly to make the licence clear, because that is the part that matters to what you can build with these files.

What the licence permits

Every pattern is royalty-free for commercial use. Once you have bought it, you may:

• use the artwork in products you sell, with no limit on quantity
• use it for print on demand, fabric, packaging, stationery and craft projects
• use it in client work and in digital products of your own
• use it without paying anything further, and without crediting us

What the licence does not permit

You may not:

• resell, share or redistribute the pattern files themselves, in any form
• include the files in another digital product, clipart pack, bundle or design-asset library
• claim authorship of the artwork, or register it as your own trademark

Delivery and access

Files are delivered instantly by download link on screen and by email. Links are personal to your purchase and are not for sharing. We may withdraw access if a link is distributed publicly.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. The price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout. Designs may be withdrawn from sale at any time, which does not affect anything you have already bought.

Refunds

Digital downloads are not generally refundable once delivered. The full position, including when we will refund you, is set out in the refund policy.

Liability

These files are supplied as they are. We stand behind them being what the product page says, and we will fix or refund anything faulty — but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
